CALIFORNIA BEAUTY XO IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DONE BEFORE OR AFTER TAKING CLASSES.

 

CALIFORNIA BEAUTY XO OFFERS CLASSES BY A LICENSED EXPERT. THIS IS NOT A LICENSING FACILITY. IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK WITH THEIR LOCAL AND STATE LAWS ON PERFORMING THE SERVICES. BY ANY OF THE CLASSES OR SERVICES OFFERED, THE STUDENT OR CLIENT CONSENTS TO ALL OF THE ABOVE. THEY AGREE THAT CALIFORNIA BEAUTY XO IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE AND FREELY ASSUMES ALL RISK. 

 

Deposits

Deposits will go towards the service. the remaining balance is to be paid at the time of appointment via: ZELLE OR CASH ONLY. For some services, deposits are: $25 for services over $25, $50 for services over $100, $100 for services over $100. (NON-REFUNDABLE).

Additional Fees

​

Additional fees are applicable to any appointment necessary. 

travel/house call fee (based on location): $20-$50

after hours fee (early morning/late night/off day): $25

after hours fee 2+ services: $50

Holiday fee (all major holidays): $50

same day/squeeze in fee : $20

Rescheduling/Canceling

​

Please cancel appointments 48 hrs. prior to secure your deposit towards your next rescheduled appointment. if cancelation policy is not met, an additional deposit for you next appointment is due during  rebooking and your original deposit will be kept. You may cancel or reschedule appointments on the customer service page. Text messages about rescheduling appointments do NOT suffice. All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable as a single (1) deposit towards your next service if cancelation guidelines are met. If you walk out during your service hours your deposit is non-refundable. Service hours are subject to change. Start and end times are not guaranteed.

Subscriptions

​

Subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred to other customers. Appointment cancelation policy still applies. Book your appointment any time after your subscription purchase. The subscription will be applied at checkout. You may cancel via the customer service tab on the website  at any time..

Other Policies

​

◦I DO NOT DO FOREIGN FILLS. Please book your appointments within 2-3 weeks for lash extensions appointments. After 3 weeks it’s considered a full set.

 

◦ Please clean your lashes with our lash cleanser and water as needed as well as 1 week before fill appointments.

 

◦Please do not bring any extra people, Pets or children to your appointments. One on one appointments only. No exceptions.

 

◦Please inform me if you will be late 10 mins before you are late. 

 

◦Please understand that appointment start, and finish times may vary.

◦You may contact me any time before or after an appointment for any comments, questions or concerns.
